Wall panels are easier to choose when you start with the room, not the catalogue. Ask what the wall should do. Should it make the room warmer, create a strong stone feature or give the interior cleaner architectural lines?
GREENWAY’s current website groups wall surfaces into three broad directions: wood finishes, marble-pattern surfaces and aluminum panels. The exact product, construction and finish still need to be confirmed for the project.
Wood-finish and fluted panels
Wood finishes suit interiors that need warmth and texture. Fluted profiles add shadow and a repeated vertical or horizontal line.
They are often considered for living rooms, bedrooms, hospitality spaces and walls that connect visually with cabinetry or doors.
When comparing samples, look at:
- grain direction and repeat;
- profile width and depth;
- sheen under the room lighting;
- corners and end details;
- the meeting point with skirting, doors and cabinets.
A small sample may look quite different when repeated across a full wall. For an important area, ask to see a larger reference or installed example.
Marble-pattern wall surfaces
Marble-pattern surfaces create a larger visual statement. They work best when the pattern layout is planned across the whole wall.
Before choosing a sheet or panel, consider:
- the scale of the pattern;
- where joints will appear;
- whether sheets should match or mirror one another;
- corners, openings and access panels;
- nearby lighting and reflective surfaces.
Two products can have a similar marble look but different constructions and uses. Do not assume they have the same fire, moisture or durability performance. Check the documents for the exact product being proposed.
Aluminum wall panels
Aluminum panels suit projects that need precise lines, repeated modules or coordinated metal details. Depending on the current range, the finish may be metallic, wood-look or another decorative treatment.
Review:
- panel size and joint direction;
- finish and acceptable variation;
- corners, trims and end details;
- openings and service access;
- the wall or support behind the panel;
- any project-specific performance documents.
These details matter more than the finish chip alone.
Which direction fits your project?
Choose wood finish or fluting when warmth, grain and a linear rhythm are the main goals.
Choose a marble pattern when the wall should act as a feature and the pattern can be planned across the full elevation.
Choose aluminum when the design calls for sharper panel geometry, repeated architectural lines or coordinated metal details.
There is no need to choose from product names at the beginning. A room photo, wall dimensions and two or three references are enough for an initial discussion.
What to send for a wall-surface review
Share:
- the room and delivery country;
- wall dimensions or drawings;
- doors, openings and access points;
- preferred visual direction;
- nearby cabinetry, floors and ceilings;
- lighting information if it affects the wall;
- approximate area or quantity;
- technical documents required for the project.
Mark any dimensions that are still estimates.
Before approving the product
Confirm the exact reference, material construction, dimensions, finish, intended use and current availability. Check how joints and corners will be handled and which product-specific reports apply.
The first choice is visual: wood, stone pattern or aluminum. The final choice combines that look with the real wall, installation conditions and documents required for the project.
